Our Holiday Planning Now Tip continues...When you are packing everything up each year, do you have a bunch of ornaments or decor you are no longer using or no longer like that keeps getting shuffled around? Time to take a hard look and donate some holiday items - keep your bins full of only the things you actually USE each year. By the same token, if you have items you love at the holidays, USE them next time. Extra ornaments that don't go on the tree? String them up over your door or put them in a glass bowl as a centerpiece.

I too am going through all the bits and pieces left over from the holiday... You are right! Time to give some of it all away. Especially all that chocolate candy!!
ReplyDeletePat, I'm in total agreement...by the way I'll take the chocolate!! Seriously, you can donate extra holiday decorations to your local boy's ranch, a local shelter and of course Goodwill and Salvation Army will be delighted to take it. Happy purging Pat.
