Small Space Organizing by Kathryn Bechen is a must read. Kathryn has a wonderful sense of humor as she provides unique tips and solutions for organizing and decorating small spaces; its as if she is in your home working side by side with you guiding you each step of the way. Her tips are simple and easy on the wallet. I almost want to live in a small space just to see how I can organize it. But seriously, if you find yourself short on inspiration don't worry Kathryn will guide you through every nook and small space imaginable. Each chapter comes with a resource list and a note section. What better way to keep track of your progress?
My favorite tips I will personally utilize are on pages 104 and 106, Kathryn talks about love notes she writes for her husband on index cards. How cute is that? Imagine being creative, loving and organized!! Allowing the family to take responsible by doing simple clean up tips is an easy way to get the family involved.
I highly recommend Small Space Organizing as a resource in your library.
