Tips to start your work -life balance plan

Tip #1

You can use these tips to plan an better split between professional and personal lives  and ensure you give your best at home and on the job! Try planning a month at a time using these ideas to get started:

1.) Start with small steps:  Can you resist the temptation to check your business emails when you are away  from the workplace?  Try it for an hour to start and then increase by 15 minutes for several days.  This is a tough assignment for most -  to  make it easier, maintain separate home/work phone and email accounts.  If you work from home, it helps to have a designated work place that you can walk away from at scheduled times.
